Creator & Marketplace Terms

These preliminary terms explain ownership and marketing permissions for future creator tables. Additional checkout terms will apply before paid listings launch.

Creator ownership

Creators retain ownership of their original creations. Submitting or listing a creation does not transfer copyright or trademark ownership to Get Profit Clarity AI.

The Marketplace is a network hub

Get Profit Clarity AI provides a place for independent creators, customers, and collaborators to discover, display, discuss, and pursue opportunities. Unless expressly stated for a particular listing, Get Profit Clarity AI is not the seller, manufacturer, employer, agent, representative, partner, joint venturer, or guarantor of a creator. Participation does not create employment, partnership, franchise, agency, fiduciary, or exclusivity rights.

Limited Marketplace and marketing license

When a creator knowingly submits a listing and accepts the then-current creator agreement, the creator grants Get Profit Clarity AI a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and use the submitted product images, previews, creator name or approved brand name, listing text, and related promotional material solely to operate, advertise, and promote that creator’s listing, table, the Marketplace, and Get Profit Clarity AI. The license does not allow us to claim ownership of the creator’s work or sell unrelated products using the work.

Marketing consent and withdrawal

Marketing permission will be tied to the creator’s accepted listing terms or a separate written campaign consent. A creator may request removal from future marketing, subject to reasonable processing time and the need to retain transaction records, archived campaigns, legal records, and materials already lawfully distributed. We will not use a person’s face, voice, private identity, or testimonial in advertising without appropriate permission.

Creator promises

The creator must own or have documented commercial rights to every element submitted, including artwork, photographs, text, fonts, music, video, AI-generated material, trademarks, names, likenesses, characters, templates, stock assets, and product mockups. The creator must disclose material AI use when required by law, platform rules, or Marketplace policy.

Creator responsibility

Each creator is responsible for the accuracy, safety, legality, quality, pricing, licensing, taxes, delivery, customer service, refund obligations, and claims connected to the creator’s work. Approval of a table or listing is not an endorsement, verification, or guarantee by Get Profit Clarity AI. To the extent permitted by law, creators and users assume the risks of their independent communications, collaborations, and transactions.

Prohibited material

Listings may not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; mislead consumers; contain unlawful, hateful, exploitative, or unsafe material; impersonate another person or business; use unauthorized celebrity, character, brand, or fan art; or make unsubstantiated health, financial, or income claims.

Printing and fulfillment

Creators are responsible for ensuring print-ready files meet the selected provider’s specifications and that they possess commercial rights for the chosen products. Provider delays, color variation, sizing, shipping, returns, and product-safety obligations will be governed by final Marketplace, printer, and fulfillment terms before sales activate.

Marketplace Tickets and table reservations

A Marketplace Ticket will represent only the listing, table, term, features, or promotional placement stated at checkout. It will not guarantee sales, profit, traffic, approval, exclusivity, or permanent placement. Pricing, fees, refunds, commissions, payment timing, taxes, and cancellation rules must be shown and accepted before a paid ticket is sold.

Enforcement

We may reject, remove, pause, or limit material that violates policy or creates legal, safety, payment, or reputational risk. Creators remain responsible for claims arising from their submissions and must cooperate with legitimate rights inquiries.

Status

The Marketplace is not yet accepting paid tickets or public creator uploads. These preliminary terms are published for transparency and will be replaced or supplemented by an affirmative creator agreement before launch.
