Member profile information
When you create a member profile, we save your verified email address, chosen display name or creator alias, optional business or creator name, business stage, stated goal, interests, membership interest, consent choices, membership status, and record timestamps. A legal name is not required. This information is used to authenticate you, personalize your private dashboard, provide requested services, maintain consent records, and administer membership. We do not ask for your ChatGPT password or payment-card details in the signup form.
Information you choose to provide
You may also contact us by email. If you do, we receive the information included in your message, such as your email address, name, and message content. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive information.
Starter Kit leads, consent, downloads, and email status
When you request the Side-Hustle Clarity Starter Kit, we save your email address, first name, primary goal, current idea stage, source page, the “Starter Kit Lead” tag, consent language and timestamp, member-link status, confirmation and download activity, email-sequence status, administrator-notification status, and record timestamps. The printable Starter Kit is available from the confirmation page. By selecting the required email consent, you request the kit and agree to educational and promotional emails with the right to unsubscribe at any time. When the administrator completes authorization, Google Workspace and a private Google Apps Script process the scheduled welcome messages and administrator notification. The website remains the source of consent and suppresses remaining messages after an unsubscribe request.
The Vision Lab, AI Creation Station, and saved projects
When a signed-in member saves a Vision Lab idea, the answers are stored in the private member database and tied to the verified signed-in email. A private Vision Brief PDF is created only when the member requests it and is delivered with private, no-store controls. When the member chooses the express transfer, the same saved answers are sent to the Creation Station so the member does not have to complete the same fields again. Creation Station entries remain in the browser until the member chooses an action. When generation is requested, the idea, audience, selections, and project details are transmitted to the site’s secure server and to the connected AI service to produce the requested response. Saved ideas and projects are not displayed in a public directory, and members can remove them from the dashboard. Do not enter passwords, payment information, sensitive personal data, or confidential third-party material.
Ready for the Market file preparation
Artwork uploaded to the Ready for the Market tool is processed on the member’s device to create the selected PNG and disclosure files. The tool does not upload the artwork to Get Profit Clarity AI or collect card, banking, password, or verification-code information. Sellers remain responsible for the product, permissions, listing accuracy, checkout terms, taxes, refunds, and applicable law.
Automatic technical information
Hosting, security, and network providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time, and pages requested. We do not currently use the Creation Station to build advertising profiles.
Sign-in, cookies, local preferences, and analytics
ChatGPT sign-in and hosting providers may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed to authenticate members, maintain security, and deliver the service. The site stores a limited local browser preference when you dismiss the Starter Kit invitation so it does not repeatedly interrupt you. This preference is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. The current site does not intentionally set marketing or behavioral-advertising cookies. If analytics, advertising pixels, or additional cookies are added, this policy and any required consent choices will be updated before those features launch.
Payments
When paid membership is activated, checkout will be handled by Stripe through an external secure checkout page. Stripe will process payment and billing information under its own terms and privacy policy. Get Profit Clarity AI may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, plan, customer contact information, and limited billing details needed for receipts, support, refunds, tax, fraud prevention, and account administration, but the site does not collect full payment-card numbers through the member signup form.
How information may be used
- Respond to messages and support requests.
- Authenticate members, personalize dashboards, and provide private project storage.
- Process an AI request when a member deliberately selects a generation action.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
- Comply with law and protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
- Send marketing emails only when you have requested them and with an unsubscribe method.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, security, communications, payments, or analytics when those services are activated. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, harm, or misuse.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. No system is completely secure; use care when submitting information online.
Children
The current site and Creation Station are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Any future children’s area will be reviewed separately before collecting information or enabling accounts, uploads, advertising, or purchases.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of email consent through the private contact button. Every promotional email must also provide an unsubscribe method once automated delivery is activated. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when legally permitted or required.
