Our intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Get Profit Clarity AI owns or licenses the site design, original text, graphics, branding, selection and arrangement of content, and related materials. “Get Profit Clarity AI,” “AI Creation Station,” the Idea Path presentation, and associated logos or slogans may function as brand identifiers. Nothing grants you ownership or a license to use them commercially without written permission. Use of TM or SM does not mean a federal registration has issued; the ® symbol will not be used unless registration is obtained.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you create, submit, market, or sell and for ensuring you have all necessary copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, model, music, font, stock-asset, platform, and commercial-use permissions.

Marketplace network and third parties

The future Marketplace is intended to be a hub where independent creators, customers, and collaborators can discover one another. Unless a listing clearly identifies Get Profit Clarity AI as the seller, Get Profit Clarity AI is not the creator, seller, manufacturer, employer, agent, joint venturer, or guarantor of a Marketplace participant. Independent participants are responsible for their own content, products, services, representations, permissions, taxes, fulfillment, communications, agreements, and legal obligations.

User interactions

You are responsible for evaluating creators, products, claims, links, opportunities, and people you encounter through the site. Use reasonable judgment, protect your personal and financial information, document important agreements, and do not send money or property outside an approved transaction process. Interactions and collaborations with other users are undertaken at your own risk to the extent permitted by law. We may moderate or remove content, but we do not promise to screen, verify, monitor, or endorse every participant.

Current feature status

Starter Kit lead capture, consent records, confirmation, the printable Starter Kit download, private member profiles, and Creation Station plan saving are active. AI generation operates only when the administrator has connected the secure AI service. Automated email delivery, paid digital-product delivery, Marketplace checkout, paid Marketplace Tickets, creator uploads, printing, fulfillment, analytics, and multi-vendor seller payouts remain inactive unless clearly shown as connected and tested. A button or description labeled “Coming Soon” or “Setup Required” does not create a purchase, contract, payout, sent email, tracked event, or guaranteed placement.

Disclaimer and limitation

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Profit Clarity AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
